Alaina's is an anti-tarnish, waterproof, hypoallergenic jewelry brand selling rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, kadas, and watches, shipped across India.
The brief
Build a fast, conversion-ready storefront from scratch for a new jewelry brand: category-first browsing (Rings, Earrings, Bracelets & Hand Jewellery, Kadas, Necklaces, Watches, Sets), featured-products merchandising, and simplified India-only logistics — referencing jewelsmars.com for layout structure only, not colors or copy.
Our approach & solution
Built the storefront from the ground up around jewelry-specific merchandising: category-first navigation, a featured-products rail, and discount-forward product cards suited to fast browsing. Logistics were kept deliberately simple — Delhivery courier at a flat ₹70 per order, no free-shipping threshold to manage — paired with a damage-support policy and direct WhatsApp/call/email contact channels to build trust for a jewelry buyer.
